健康成年人腎臟DKI的可行性及可重復(fù)性研究

【摘要】:目的:探討正常志愿者腎臟擴散峰度成像(DKI)的可行性和重復(fù)性。方法:30名健康志愿者納入本研究,采用西門子3.0T磁共振行兩次DKI掃描,分別測量兩側(cè)腎臟的上、中、下三個位置的平均擴散系數(shù)(MD)和平均峰度系數(shù)(MK),采用配對t檢驗和單因素方差分析比較差異是否統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;采用Bland-Altman法對兩次掃描的參數(shù)進行重復(fù)性評價。結(jié)果:測量者兩次測量獲得的MD和MK具有很好的一致性(ICC為0.755~0.940);兩次掃描、兩側(cè)腎臟不同測量部位MD和MK值比較均不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩次掃描,右腎下部的MD值和MK值重復(fù)性較好(分別為0.00±0.21和0.000±0.04)。結(jié)論:腎臟DKI具有可行性和重復(fù)性,尤以右腎下部的重復(fù)性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility and reproducibility of DKI in normal volunteers. Methods Twenty healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study. Siemens 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging was used to perform two DKI scans. The upper and middle kidneys of both sides were measured respectively. The average diffusion coefficient (MDM) and the mean kurtosis coefficient (MK) of the next three positions were compared by paired t test and single factor ANOVA, and the repeatability of the two scanning parameters was evaluated by Bland-Altman method. Results: there was good consistency between MD and MK obtained by two measurements. The ICC was 0.755 ~ 0.940, and there was no significant difference in MD and MK values between the two kidneys in two scans, and there was no significant difference in MD and MK values between the two sides of the kidney. The reproducibility of MD value and MK value in the lower part of the right kidney were better (0.00 鹵0.21 and 0.000 鹵0.04), respectively. Conclusion: renal DKI is feasible and reproducible, especially in the lower right kidney.
