【摘要】：目的調(diào)查維持性血液透析(MHD)高磷血癥患者低磷飲食行為階段現(xiàn)狀,為制定個體化護理干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法運用行為分階段改變理論及健康信念模式,對110例MHD高磷血癥患者進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查的110例患者中,13例(11.8%)患者處于無意識階段;17例(15.5%)患者處于有意識階段;47例(42.7%)患者處于準備階段;24例(21.8%)患者處于行動階段;9例(8.2%)患者處于維持階段;健康信念的四個部分即感知到疾病易感性、感知到疾病的嚴重性、感知到遵從低磷飲食的益處、感知到遵從低磷飲食的障礙在不同行為階段的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MHD高磷血癥患者低磷飲食行為現(xiàn)狀不理想,臨床上應(yīng)結(jié)合健康信念模式,針對MHD高磷血癥患者不同低磷飲食行為階段,制定個體化護理干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the behavior stage of low phosphorus diet in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) hyperphosphatemia and to provide basis for individualized nursing intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 110 patients with MHD hyperphosphatemia by means of behavioral change theory and health belief model. Results among the 110 patients investigated, 13 (11.8) patients were in the unconscious stage and 17 (15.5) patients were in the conscious stage. (47 patients were in the preparation stage.) 24 patients were in the preparation stage.) the patients were in the action stage and 9 patients were at the stage of operation.) the patients were in the maintenance stage. The four parts of health belief, namely, the susceptibility to disease, the severity of the disease, the benefits of following a low phosphorus diet, and the disorder of following a low phosphorus diet, were significantly different in different behavioral stages. Conclusion the status quo of low phosphorus diet behavior in patients with MHD hyperphosphatemia is not ideal. The individual nursing intervention should be made according to the different stages of low phosphorus diet behavior in patients with MHD hyperphosphatemia.
