安徽省三級綜合醫(yī)院護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:目的了解安徽省三級綜合醫(yī)院護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境,為改善護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境測評量表對安徽省35所三級綜合醫(yī)院的護士進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境總評分為(64.79±26.07)分,其中醫(yī)院對新入職護士有培訓(xùn)計劃、工作團隊中的護士能夠勝任護理工作等條目評分較高,護士薪酬在社會各行業(yè)所處水平合適、護士有機會參與醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理、護士有機會參與醫(yī)院管理決策等條目評分較低;是否為教學(xué)醫(yī)院、工作年限、性別、學(xué)歷、科室、職稱、年齡、是否在編等資料均對護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境評分有影響。結(jié)論安徽省護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境測評總評分不高,地區(qū)間有差異,醫(yī)院管理模式和護士薪酬待遇分配制度有待改善,護理管理者應(yīng)該針對不同人群特點,采取相應(yīng)的措施來解決現(xiàn)存問題,改善護士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the nursing practice environment of the three level general hospital in Anhui Province, and to provide reference for improving the nursing practice environment. Methods nurses of 35 grade three general hospitals in Anhui province were investigated using the nurse practicing environment assessment scale. The total score of nurses' practicing environment was (64.79 + 26.07), and the hospital had a training plan for the new entry nurses. The nurses in the work team can be qualified for the higher scores on the nursing work and so on. The nurses' salary is suitable for the social industry, the nurses have the opportunity to participate in the internal management of the hospital, the nurses have the opportunity to participate in the hospital management decisions and so on. There are differences in the total score of nurses' practicing environment assessment in Anhui province. There are differences among regions. The hospital management mode and the salary and treatment allocation system of nurses need to be improved. The nursing managers should take corresponding measures to solve the existing problems and improve the nurses according to the characteristics of different groups of people. Practice environment.
