【摘要】：首先介紹了彌散張量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的基本概念,然后根據(jù)DTI及白質(zhì)纖維束示蹤(diffusion tensor tractography,DTT)技術(shù)在分析顳葉癲癇(temporal lobe epilepsy,TLE)患者DTI參數(shù)值及腦結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)變化中的應(yīng)用,概述了DTI在TLE結(jié)構(gòu)方面包括腦結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后介紹了DTI診斷TLE的發(fā)展趨勢(shì).
[Abstract]:The basic concept of diffusion Zhang Liang diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) was introduced, and then the application of DTI and white matter tractography (tensor tractography) in the analysis of DTI parameters and the changes of brain structure and network in temporal lobe epilepsyn TLEs were analyzed. The research status of DTI in TLE structure including brain structure network is summarized. Finally, the development trend of DTI diagnostic TLE is introduced.
