【摘要】：正乳腺癌是全球女性最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,隨著乳腺癌發(fā)病率的年輕化和生存率的提高~([1-2]),疾病治療時間僅占患者生存時間較小比例。在治療及康復(fù)過程中,患者忍受治療帶來的軀體問題的同時,還承受著較多的心理困擾~([3-4])。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,約1/3的乳腺癌患者存在抑郁、廣泛性焦慮障礙、適應(yīng)不良等心理問題~([5]),而亞臨床的心理障礙和癥狀化的心理痛苦更加普遍,發(fā)生率在30%~75%~([6])。Meta分析顯示,心理
[Abstract]:Positive breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women in the world. As the incidence of breast cancer becomes younger and the survival rate increases ([1-2]), the disease treatment time accounts for only a small proportion of the patients' survival time. In the course of treatment and rehabilitation, patients suffer from physical problems caused by treatment, but also suffer more psychological distress ([3-4]). According to statistics, about one third of breast cancer patients have psychological problems such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, maladjustment and other psychological problems ([5]), while subclinical psychological disorders and symptomatic psychological pain are more common.
