青島市社區(qū)護(hù)士及非內(nèi)分泌臨床護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理的認(rèn)知調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查青島市社區(qū)護(hù)士及非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀并分析影響因素,為相關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)一步提升社區(qū)護(hù)士及非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士糖尿病飲食管理認(rèn)知水平提供參考依據(jù)。方法在文獻(xiàn)回顧以及專(zhuān)家訪談的基礎(chǔ)上擬定問(wèn)卷框架,然后采用Delphi法編制《護(hù)理人員糖尿病飲食管理問(wèn)卷》。自2015年11月至2016年3月,通過(guò)方便抽樣選取青島市65所社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的189名社區(qū)護(hù)士及8所綜合性醫(yī)院的333名非內(nèi)分泌科室臨床護(hù)士作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查。應(yīng)用SPSS17.0錄入數(shù)據(jù),將原始數(shù)據(jù)加權(quán)后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述與分析,涉及的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法包括單因素分析和多元逐步回歸分析。結(jié)果1.兩輪函詢(xún)專(zhuān)家的積極系數(shù)均為100%,權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.89,一、二級(jí)指標(biāo)的協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.346、0.261(P0.05)。通過(guò)專(zhuān)家函詢(xún)編制的《護(hù)理人員糖尿病飲食管理問(wèn)卷》包括7個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),56個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。2.青島市社區(qū)護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理認(rèn)知的加權(quán)總分為(41.79±11.13)。經(jīng)單因素分析得出,影響青島市社區(qū)護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理認(rèn)知的變量分別為職稱(chēng)(P0.001)、學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育經(jīng)歷(P0.001)、在校期間糖尿病飲食管理相關(guān)課程的學(xué)習(xí)(P0.001)、飲食管理專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)(P0.001)等4個(gè)因素。而最終進(jìn)入回歸方程的為學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育經(jīng)歷(P0.001)、在校期間糖尿病飲食管理相關(guān)課程的學(xué)習(xí)(P0.001)、飲食管理專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)(P0.001)。3.青島市非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理認(rèn)知的加權(quán)總分為(48.82±15.52)。通過(guò)單因素分析得出影響青島市非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理認(rèn)知的變量分別為職稱(chēng)(P0.001)、工作年限(P=0.003)、學(xué)歷(P0.001)、學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育經(jīng)歷(P=0.014)、在校期間糖尿病飲食管理相關(guān)課程的學(xué)習(xí)(P=0.032)、參加飲食管理相關(guān)會(huì)議(P0.001)等6個(gè)因素。最終進(jìn)入回歸方程的為工作年限(P=0.002)、學(xué)歷(P0.001)、學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育經(jīng)歷(P=0.015)、在校期間糖尿病飲食管理相關(guān)課程的學(xué)習(xí)(P0.001)。結(jié)論1.《護(hù)理人員糖尿病飲食管理問(wèn)卷》的可靠性較高,為進(jìn)一步調(diào)查青島市護(hù)理人員對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀提供了科學(xué)的測(cè)評(píng)工具。2.青島市社區(qū)護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理的認(rèn)知水平偏低。社區(qū)護(hù)士應(yīng)積極參與學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育、糖尿病飲食管理培訓(xùn),相關(guān)部門(mén)積極推進(jìn)將糖尿病飲食管理納入護(hù)理課程中,從而有效提高社區(qū)護(hù)士的認(rèn)知水平。3.青島市非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士對(duì)于糖尿病飲食管理的認(rèn)知水平偏低。非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士應(yīng)積極參加學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育,提高學(xué)歷水平,相關(guān)部門(mén)加快進(jìn)行將糖尿病飲食管理納入護(hù)理課程相關(guān)工作的開(kāi)展,從而提高非內(nèi)分泌科臨床護(hù)士的認(rèn)知水平,提高護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status quo of diabetes diet management in Qingdao community nurses and non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses and to analyze the influencing factors for further improving the cognitive level of diabetes diet management in community nurses and non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses. Methods in the literature review and the basis of expert interviews. The questionnaire framework was drawn up and the Delphi method was used to compile the diabetes diet management questionnaire. From November 2015 to March 2016, 189 community nurses from 65 community health centers in Qingdao and 333 non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses in 8 general hospitals were selected by convenient sampling. The data are recorded by SPSS17.0, and the original data are weighted to be statistically described and analyzed. The statistical analysis methods involved include single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results the positive coefficients of 1. rounds of two rounds of inquiry experts are 100%, the authority coefficient is 0.89, and the coordination coefficient of the first and two level indexes is 0.346,0.261 (P0.05). The questionnaire for diabetes diet management of nursing staff included 7 first grade indicators, 56 two level indicators.2. in Qingdao community nurses with a weighted total score of (41.79 + 11.13) for diabetes diet management. The single factor analysis showed that the variables affecting the diet management cognition of community nurses in Qingdao were respectively professional titles (P0.001 ), continuing education experience (P0.001), 4 factors such as diabetes diet management related courses (P0.001), diet management training (P0.001), and final regression equation for continuing education experience (P0.001), diabetes diet management related courses (P0.001), diet management training (P) 0.001) the total score of.3. non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses in Qingdao for diabetes diet management was (48.82 + 15.52). Through single factor analysis, the variables affecting the cognition of diabetes diet management in non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses in Qingdao were respectively professional title (P0.001), working years (P=0.003), educational background (P0.001), education continuing education Education experience (P=0.014), the learning of diabetes diet management related courses (P=0.032), 6 factors such as eating management related conferences (P0.001), and finally entering the regression equation for working years (P=0.002), educational background (P0.001), educational continuing education experience (P=0.015), and learning of diabetes diet management related courses during school (P0.001). Conclusion the reliability of diabetes diet management questionnaire for 1.< nurses is high, which provides a scientific evaluation tool for further investigation of the cognitive status of diabetes diet management in Qingdao..2. community nurses have low cognitive level on diabetes diet management. Community nurses should actively participate in educational continuing education. Diabetes diet management training, related departments actively promote the integration of diabetes diet management into nursing courses, thus effectively improving the cognitive level of community nurses.3. non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses in Qingdao on diabetes diet management level is low. Non Department of Endocrinology nurses should actively participate in educational continuing education, improve Education level, related departments to accelerate the development of diabetes diet management into the related work of nursing courses, so as to improve the cognitive level of non Department of Endocrinology clinical nurses and improve the quality of nursing service.
