【摘要】：正隨著多重耐藥菌、泛耐藥菌,甚至全耐藥菌感染不斷出現(xiàn),所致感染缺乏新的有效抗菌藥物。臨床醫(yī)師重新開(kāi)始關(guān)注一些經(jīng)典的"老"抗菌藥物,例如多黏菌素及磷霉素等。磷霉素屬天然、廣譜小分子抗生素,具獨(dú)特的抗菌機(jī)制,對(duì)臨床常見(jiàn)的革蘭陰性及陽(yáng)性病原菌具有抗菌活性,多重耐藥、泛耐藥菌株對(duì)其有較高敏感率。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of multidrug resistant bacteria, pan-resistant bacteria, and even total drug resistant bacteria infection, the infection caused by the lack of new effective antimicrobial agents. Clinicians refocused on classic "old" antimicrobial agents, such as polymyxin and fosfomycin. Fosfomycin is a natural, broad-spectrum and small molecular antibiotic with unique antibacterial mechanism. It has antimicrobial activity and multidrug resistance to gram-negative and positive pathogens, and pan-resistant strains have high sensitivity to it.
