【摘要】：正近年來,醫(yī)學(xué)及護(hù)理領(lǐng)域的研究數(shù)量快速增長,形成了龐大的知識(shí)和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò),但研究結(jié)果向?qū)嵺`的轉(zhuǎn)化卻是一個(gè)相對(duì)緩慢的過程,導(dǎo)致有效的干預(yù)措施未被及時(shí)應(yīng)用于患者的照護(hù)中,而某些無效甚至有害的干預(yù)措施仍被使用,導(dǎo)致實(shí)踐效率低下、照護(hù)效果不佳及衛(wèi)生資源使用不公平等現(xiàn)象[1-2]。為了促進(jìn)研究結(jié)果的轉(zhuǎn)化,2000年加拿大衛(wèi)生研究所(Canadian Institutes of Health Research,CIHR)提出
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of medical and nursing research has increased rapidly, forming a huge network of knowledge and information, but the transformation of research results into practice is a relatively slow process. The effective intervention measures were not applied to the care of patients in time, but some ineffective or even harmful interventions were still used, which resulted in inefficient practice, poor care effect and unfair use of health resources [1-2].
