【摘要】：[目的]臭氧自血療法(ozone autohemotherapy treatment, 03-AHT)是一種通過采集患者的靜脈血與臭氧混合后再回輸?shù)交颊唧w內(nèi)的治療方法,在臨床上有著廣泛的適應(yīng)癥。臭氧自血療法過程中臭氧本身可以改變血小板的聚集方式,同時(shí)也需要加入一定比例的抗凝劑,連續(xù)一個(gè)療程十天的治療是否對(duì)凝血功能存在影響,國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)鮮有報(bào)道。血栓彈力圖具有快速準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)定患者凝血功能的特點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)臭氧大自血患者治療前后進(jìn)行血栓彈力圖測(cè)定以了解患者凝血功能變化,從而指導(dǎo)臨床治療。[方法]選擇2016年6月至2016年12月在昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院疼痛科行臭氧自血療法的患者22例,在經(jīng)過倫理委員會(huì)及患者同意后在第一次行臭氧自血療法前和最后一次臭氧自血療法后行血栓彈力圖檢測(cè)患者凝血功能變化,并用A1、A2表示。并對(duì)A1、A2兩次血栓彈力圖R值、K值、Angel角、CI及MA值進(jìn)行觀察分析對(duì)比。[結(jié)果]1.所有行臭氧自血療法的22例患者前后兩次血栓彈力圖檢測(cè)結(jié)果均在正常范圍內(nèi);2.A1、A2兩組的R值、K值、Angel角、CI及MA值進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論] 1.臭氧自血療法能夠使患者凝血功能呈現(xiàn)相對(duì)低凝狀態(tài);2.臭氧自血療法對(duì)患者凝血功能有影響但在安全范圍內(nèi),不會(huì)引起相關(guān)的并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Objective: ozone autohemotherapy treatment (03-AHT) is a kind of treatment method which is used to collect the venous blood of patients and then infuse it back into the body of the patients. It has a wide range of indications in clinic. Ozone itself can change platelet aggregation in the process of self-blood ozone therapy, and it also needs to add a certain proportion of anticoagulant. It is rarely reported in the literature that whether the treatment of 10 days of continuous treatment has an effect on coagulation function. Thromboelastography has the characteristics of rapid and accurate determination of coagulation function in patients. Thromboelastography was performed before and after treatment to understand the changes of coagulation function in patients with large ozone self-blood, so as to guide the clinical treatment. [methods] from June 2016 to December 2016, 22 patients were treated with ozone self-blood therapy in the Department of pain, first affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Thromboelastography was performed before the first ozone self-blood therapy and the last ozone self-blood therapy with the consent of the ethics committee and the patient, and the thromboelastogram was used to detect the coagulation function of the patients, as indicated by A1A _ 2. The values of K value, Angel angle CI and MA of A _ 1 A _ 2 thromboelastic map were observed and compared. [result] 1. The results of thromboelastography in all 22 patients who received self-blood ozone therapy were within the normal range. The R value, K value, Angel angle CI and MA value of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). [conclusion] 1. Ozone self-blood therapy can make the blood coagulation function of patients present a relatively low coagulation state. Ozone self-blood therapy has an effect on coagulation function but does not cause associated complications within a safe range.
