【摘要】：目的觀察新鮮蒲公英加血竭、冰片外敷治療靜脈炎的療效。方法選取因化療藥物、靜脈留置針發(fā)生靜脈炎患者80例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組42例與對(duì)照組38例。觀察組采用新鮮蒲公英加血竭、冰片濕敷治療,對(duì)照組采用硫酸鎂濕敷治療。于治療前及治療后第1~3天行視覺(jué)模擬疼痛評(píng)分(VAS),記錄兩組靜脈炎痊愈時(shí)間、紅腫消退時(shí)間、疼痛消失時(shí)間及治療期間的不良反應(yīng),于治療第3天評(píng)價(jià)療效。結(jié)果觀察組治療后第1~3天VAS均低于同組治療前及對(duì)照組同時(shí)點(diǎn)(P均0.05),痊愈時(shí)間、紅腫消退時(shí)間及疼痛消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組(P均0.05);治療第3天觀察組總有效率為97.62%,高于對(duì)照組的68.42%(P0.05);治療期間兩組均未見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論新鮮蒲公英加血蝎、冰片外敷治療靜脈炎可快速緩解疼痛,療效滿意,且無(wú)不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of fresh dandelion plus blood draconium and borneol on phlebitis. Methods 80 patients with phlebitis caused by chemotherapeutic drugs were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 38). The observation group was treated with fresh dandelion plus blood Draconis, and the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress. Visual analogue pain score (VASA) was performed before treatment and 1 day after treatment. The recovery time of phlebitis, the time of redness and swelling regression, the time of disappearance of pain and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded. The curative effect was evaluated on the 3rd day of treatment. Results the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the same group before treatment and the control group on the 1st day after treatment (P < 0.05), and the time of recovery was lower than that of the control group. The time of redness and pain disappearance was shorter than that of control group (P < 0.05), the total effective rate of observation group was 97.62 on the 3rd day, which was higher than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion fresh dandelion plus blood scorpion and borneol for phlebitis can relieve pain quickly and have no adverse effects.
