【摘要】：目的:分析婦科惡性腫瘤患者心理彈性、正負(fù)性情緒和癌因性疲乏的關(guān)系,并探討正性和負(fù)性情緒在心理彈性與癌因性疲乏間的中介作用。方法:選取河北省某三級甲等醫(yī)院婦科惡性腫瘤住院患者141例,采用一般資料調(diào)查表、心理彈性量表(CD-RISC10)、癌癥疲乏量表(CRF)及正負(fù)性情緒量表(PANAS)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探討正負(fù)性情緒在心理彈性與癌因性疲乏間的中介作用,并用Bootstrap方法進(jìn)行中介效應(yīng)檢驗。結(jié)果:婦科惡性腫瘤患者的CRF評分為25.1±7.8。心理彈性評分與CRF評分及其各維度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.31~-0.44,P0.01);正性情緒與CRF評分及其各維度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.21~-0.60,P0.01);負(fù)性情緒與CRF評分及其各維度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.38~0.63,P0.01)。Bootstrap檢驗結(jié)果顯示間接效應(yīng)的95%CI為(-0.14~-0.52,P0.001),說明正負(fù)性情緒在心理彈性與癌因性疲乏間存在中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)論:婦科惡性腫瘤患者存在癌因性疲乏的問題,心理彈性、正負(fù)性情緒是影響癌因性疲乏的因素,正負(fù)性情緒可以中介心理彈性與癌因性疲乏的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between psychological elasticity, positive and negative emotions and cancer-induced fatigue in gynecological malignant tumor patients, and to explore the mediating role of positive and negative emotions in the relationship between psychoelasticity and cancer-induced fatigue. Methods: a total of 141 patients with gynecological malignancy in a Grade 3A hospital in Hebei province were investigated with general information questionnaire, psychoelasticity scale, cancer fatigue scale (CRF) and positive and negative emotion scale (PANASS). The structural equation model was used to study the mediating effect of positive and negative emotions on the relationship between psychoelasticity and cancer-induced fatigue, and Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect. Results: the CRF score of gynecological malignant tumor patients was 25.1 鹵7.8. There was a negative correlation between psychoelasticity score and CRF score and its dimensions, a negative correlation between positive emotion and CRF score and its dimensions, a negative correlation between negative emotion and CRF score and its dimensions, and a positive correlation between negative emotion and CRF score and each dimension. The results of Bootstrap test showed that the indirect effect of 95%CI was -0.14n- 0.52P 0.001. It suggests that positive and negative emotions play an intermediate role in the relationship between psychoelasticity and cancer-induced fatigue. Conclusion: gynecological malignant tumor patients have the problem of cancer-induced fatigue. The psychological elasticity and positive and negative emotions are the factors that affect the cancer-induced fatigue. Positive and negative emotions can mediate the relationship between the psychological elasticity and the cancer-induced fatigue.
