基于Android平臺(tái)的無創(chuàng)血壓連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:血壓是反映心臟和血管功能狀況的重要參數(shù),無創(chuàng)、準(zhǔn)確的血壓連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)便攜式系統(tǒng)能提高血壓監(jiān)測(cè)的舒適性與便捷性,從而有助于心血管疾病的預(yù)防和診斷。根據(jù)血壓連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)需求,設(shè)計(jì)一套基于Android平臺(tái)的無創(chuàng)血壓連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由前端信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)和手機(jī)端App構(gòu)成,可實(shí)現(xiàn)心電、脈搏信號(hào)的同步采集。用手機(jī)端App實(shí)時(shí)繪制兩路波形,計(jì)算出脈搏波傳導(dǎo)時(shí)間PWTT和脈搏波波形特征量K,建立血壓回歸模型,計(jì)算血壓值,并對(duì)血壓的變化進(jìn)行圖表分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的無創(chuàng)血壓監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)測(cè)量的血壓絕對(duì)誤差均小于8 mm Hg,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)誤差小于5 mm Hg,App界面簡單易操作,用戶通過隨身攜帶的手機(jī)就能隨時(shí)查看自己身體健康狀況變化,達(dá)到預(yù)防高血壓疾病和及時(shí)問醫(yī)的目的。
[Abstract]:Blood pressure is an important parameter to reflect the function of heart and blood vessel. The accurate portable system of continuous monitoring of blood pressure can improve the comfort and convenience of blood pressure monitoring, which is helpful to the prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. According to the requirement of continuous blood pressure monitoring, a non-invasive blood pressure monitoring system based on Android platform is designed. The system consists of a front-end signal acquisition system and a mobile phone terminal App, which can realize the synchronous acquisition of ECG and pulse signals. The pulse wave conduction time (PWTT) and pulse wave characteristic value (K) were calculated by using mobile phone terminal App. The blood pressure regression model was established, and the blood pressure value was calculated, and the change of blood pressure was analyzed. The experimental results show that the absolute error of blood pressure measured by the designed non-invasive blood pressure monitoring system is less than 8 mm Hg, and the standard error is less than 5 mm. The interface of the system is simple and easy to operate. Users can check their health changes with their mobile phones to prevent high blood pressure and ask doctors in time.
