基于同時多層激發(fā)和并行成像的心臟磁共振電影成像

【摘要】:磁共振成像(MRI)無創(chuàng)無害、對比度多、可以任意剖面成像的特點特別適合用于心臟成像,卻因掃描時間長限制了其在臨床上的應用.為了解決心臟磁共振電影成像屏氣掃描時間過長的問題,該文提出了一種基于同時多層激發(fā)的多倍加速心臟磁共振電影成像及其影像重建的方法,該方法將相位調(diào)制多層激發(fā)(CAIPIRINHA)技術與并行加速(PPA)技術相結(jié)合,運用到分段采集心臟電影成像序列中,實現(xiàn)了在相位編碼方向和選層方向的四倍加速,并使用改進的SENSE/GRAPPA算法對圖像進行重建.分別在水模以及人體上進行了實驗,將加速序列圖像與不加速序列圖像進行對比,結(jié)果驗證了重建算法的有效性,表明該方法可以在保障圖像質(zhì)量以及準確測量心臟功能的前提下成倍節(jié)省掃描時間.
[Abstract]:Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is noninvasive and has many contrasts. It can be used in cardiac imaging because of its long scanning time, but its clinical application is limited. In order to solve the problem that the breath-holding time of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is too long, this paper presents a method of multi-fold acceleration of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and its reconstruction based on simultaneous multi-layer excitation. In this method, the phase modulation multi-layer excitation technique CAIPIRINHAA and the parallel acceleration PPA technique are combined, and the method is applied to the segmented acquisition of cardiac image sequences, which achieves four times acceleration in the direction of phase coding and layer selection. The improved SENSE/GRAPPA algorithm is used to reconstruct the image. Experiments were carried out on the water model and human body respectively. The results show that the reconstruction algorithm is effective, and the acceleration sequence image is compared with the non-acceleration sequence image. The results show that this method can save scanning time in the premise of guaranteeing image quality and measuring heart function accurately.
