【摘要】：正齲病是發(fā)生在牙齒硬組織的一種慢性破壞性疾病,是口腔常見(jiàn)病之一。齲齒的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展會(huì)帶來(lái)疼痛,引發(fā)牙髓炎、根尖周炎、頜骨炎癥,進(jìn)而造成咀嚼功能受損及遠(yuǎn)隔器官病變,從而影響兒童的正常生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。由于第一恒磨牙是萌出時(shí)間最早的牙齒,而其窩溝是牙齒發(fā)育當(dāng)中的缺陷,形態(tài)較窄,牙面的自潔效果較差,且因?yàn)閮和瘜?duì)牙齒的清潔能力及清潔意識(shí)的不足,第一恒磨牙發(fā)生齲病的概率較高。有調(diào)查表明,12歲兒童
[Abstract]:Orthodontic caries is a kind of chronic destructive disease which occurs in hard tissue of teeth and is one of the common oral diseases. The further development of dental caries will bring pain, cause pulpitis, periapical inflammation, jaw inflammation, and then cause chewing function damage and distant organ lesions, thus affecting the normal growth and development of children. Because the first permanent molar is the earliest eruption tooth, and its pit and fissure is a defect in tooth development, the shape is narrower, the self-cleaning effect of tooth surface is poor, and because of the lack of cleaning ability and cleaning consciousness of children, The probability of dental caries was higher in the first permanent molar.
