【摘要】：目的探討心臟乳頭狀彈力纖維瘤(CPF)的臨床和超聲心動(dòng)圖表現(xiàn)。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的13例CPF患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、超聲心動(dòng)圖特征、手術(shù)方式及預(yù)后。結(jié)果 13例患者臨床表現(xiàn)不具特異性,為不同程度胸悶、氣短等癥狀。所有腫瘤均為單發(fā),位于瓣膜9例(9/13,69.23%),其中主動(dòng)脈瓣4例、二尖瓣3例、三尖瓣2例;位于心腔4例(4/13,30.77%),其中右心房2例、右心室1例、左心室1例。腫瘤最大徑2mm者8例,最大徑≤2mm者5例。超聲檢出8例,未檢出5例。8例接受腫瘤切除,5例接受瓣膜置換術(shù)。結(jié)論 CPF臨床表現(xiàn)不特異,當(dāng)腫瘤體積較小時(shí),超聲心動(dòng)圖常無(wú)法發(fā)現(xiàn);心臟瓣膜為其常見(jiàn)部位,尤其是主動(dòng)脈瓣。CPF預(yù)后良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and echocardiographic manifestations of cardiac papillary elastic fibroma (CPF).Methods the clinical manifestations, echocardiographic features, surgical methods and prognosis of 13 patients with CPF confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results the clinical manifestations of 13 patients were nonspecific, including chest tightness and shortness of breath.All the tumors were isolated, including 4 aortic valve, 3 mitral valve, 2 tricuspid valve, 4 right atrium, 1 right ventricle and 1 left ventricle.The maximum diameter of tumor was 2mm in 8 cases and the maximum diameter 鈮，
