非甾體抗炎藥致急性胃粘膜病變68例臨床分析

Objective To investigate the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug induced acute gastric mucosal lesions in clinical characteristics.Methods In our hospital in June 2009 to May 2010 visits of 68 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesions in patients with clinical data analysis,and according to the first 10 days of bleeding if taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs into serving 20 patients and non-NSAIDs NSAIDs group of 48 patients,clinical data comparing two groups of patients and endoscopic features.Results The age composition of two groups of patients,history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,gastrointestinal symptoms,ulcers,Hp infection was significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with acute awareness of the clinical features of gastric mucosal lesion,to take corresponding measures to reduce non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs the risk of acute gastric mucosal lesions.
