【摘要】：目的探討臨床分離攜帶psm-mec基因耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)的SCCmec型別。方法收集臨床分離并經(jīng)全自動(dòng)微生物鑒定系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確鑒定的表皮葡萄球菌165株,通過PCR擴(kuò)增esp和mecA基因準(zhǔn)確鑒定MRSE,擴(kuò)增psm-mec、fudoh和p221片段鑒定攜帶psm-mec菌株。采用多重PCR對攜帶psm-mec基因的MRSE的mec、ccr和SCCmec進(jìn)行分型。結(jié)果 138株MRSE菌株中,29株攜帶psm-mec基因,攜帶率為17.58%。多重PCR對mec和ccr分型結(jié)果顯示,攜帶psm-mec基因MRSE均為Class A mec,但ccr型別存在明顯的多樣性。多重PCR對SCCmec分型結(jié)果顯示,所有菌株均可擴(kuò)增出Ⅱ型和/或Ⅲ型SCCmec條帶,且為混合型別。結(jié)論臨床分離攜帶psm-mec基因的MRSE的SCCmec具有同源性,以含Class A mec的攜帶Ⅱ型和/或Ⅲ型SCCmec為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical SCCmec type of psm-mec gene carrying methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis.Methods 165 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were collected and identified by automatic microbiological identification system. Esp and mecA genes were amplified by PCR, and psm-mecfudoh and p221 fragments were amplified to identify the strains carrying psm-mec.The meccccr and SCCmec of MRSE carrying psm-mec gene were genotyped by multiplex PCR.Results among 138 strains of MRSE, 29 strains carried psm-mec gene, and the carrying rate was 17.58%.The results of multiple PCR genotyping of mec and ccr showed that the MRSE carrying psm-mec gene was Class A mec. but there was obvious diversity of ccr type.The results of SCCmec typing by multiple PCR showed that all strains could amplify type 鈪，
