185例新生兒PICC常見并發(fā)癥的臨床護(hù)理研究

Objective Researching the newborn PICC's clinical nursing,reducing occurrence of complication,lengthening period of revolution of the catheter. Methods Summary 185 cases of PICC catheters' clinical nursing of NICU in our hospital since January 2007 to August 2008.Resutlts 182 cases were successful punctured,the success rate was 98.38%. One puncture setting at the tube were 152 cases,two punctures has 17 cases,three punctures were 13 cases. 166 cases had changed better or cured ,7 cases give up the treatment,1 case had infection,2 cases were blocked,one's pipe prolapsus,1 has phlebitis,2 happen rupture,2 happen replacement. The longest time of reservations was 46 days,the shortest time was one day (blocking),an average of 20.13 days. Confirming the top position of catheter by chest X-ray:173 cases are in the right upper chamber vein,5 in the subclavian vein,2 in the right atrium,2 in the jugular vein. Conclusion PICC catheter provides a safe and convenient channel for the infusion therapy,decreaces the pain of repeating puncture ,avoids stimulation of the hypertonic drug on children's blood vessels,reduces mental trauma by the vicious stimulate and nursing workload. Right care of PICC catheter is the key to extend the service life of the catheter,so clinical nurses should master.
