【摘要】：目的探討心理護(hù)理干預(yù)在病毒性黃疸性肝炎患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取攀枝花市第四人民醫(yī)院2013年10月—2015年10月收治的病毒性黃疸性肝炎患者82例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和研究組,各41例。對(duì)照組患者入院后給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,研究組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予心理護(hù)理干預(yù)。比較兩組患者人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、恐懼、精神病性及焦慮癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL90)評(píng)分,護(hù)理前后焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)評(píng)分、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)評(píng)分及治療依從性。結(jié)果護(hù)理后,研究組患者人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、恐懼、精神病性及焦慮SCL90評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。護(hù)理前,兩組患者SAS評(píng)分、SDS評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);護(hù)理后,研究組患者SAS評(píng)分、SDS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。研究組患者用藥依從性?xún)?yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論心理護(hù)理干預(yù)在病毒性黃疸性肝炎患者中應(yīng)用效果明顯,可有效緩解患者焦慮、抑郁情緒,提升用藥依從性,促進(jìn)患者疾病康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with viral jaundice hepatitis.Methods Eighty-two patients with viral jaundice hepatitis treated in the fourth people's Hospital of Panzhihua City from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 41) and study group (n = 41).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing after admission, and the patients in the study group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, fear, psychosis and anxiety symptom checklist (SCL90), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and therapeutic compliance were compared between the two groups.Results after nursing, the SCL90 scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, fear, psychosis and anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups. After nursing, the SAS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).The drug compliance of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is effective in patients with viral jaundice hepatitis. It can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients, promote drug compliance and promote patients' disease recovery.
