【摘要】：目的對(duì)血液ELISA篩查單試劑陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者進(jìn)行重復(fù)確認(rèn)試驗(yàn),探討保留其獻(xiàn)血資格的意義及合適方案。方法將綦江區(qū)2012年1月1日-2016年05月31日血液ELISA篩查單試劑陽(yáng)性的獻(xiàn)血者共計(jì)162例,電話回告其半年后到各獻(xiàn)血點(diǎn)進(jìn)行留樣復(fù)查(第一次復(fù)查再次出現(xiàn)單試劑陽(yáng)性的獻(xiàn)血者,隔半年后再次通知留樣復(fù)查),雙試劑檢測(cè)合格后可再次參加獻(xiàn)血。結(jié)果單試劑陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者162例經(jīng)兩次留樣復(fù)查,合格118例,總體合格獻(xiàn)血率為69.4%。結(jié)論保留單試劑ELISA陽(yáng)性獻(xiàn)血者的獻(xiàn)血資格半年后召回復(fù)查,復(fù)查合格即可獻(xiàn)血是一個(gè)切實(shí)可行的方案,可有效減少獻(xiàn)血者的不必要流失。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the significance and appropriate scheme of retaining blood donation qualification by repeated confirmation test for blood donors with positive ELISA screening reagent.Methods from January 1, 2012 to May 31, 2016, a total of 162 blood donors who were positive for ELISA screening in Qijiang district were informed by phone call to the blood donation sites six months later for reexamination (the first reexamination showed that the single reagent positive blood donors appeared again.After half a year notice to recheck the sample, double-reagent test after qualified to participate in blood donation.Results among 162 cases of single reagent positive blood donors, 118 cases were eligible after two reexaminations, and the overall qualified blood donation rate was 69.4%.Conclusion it is a feasible scheme to recall and recheck the blood donation qualification of ELISA positive donors after half a year, which can effectively reduce the unnecessary loss of blood donors.
