【摘要】：目的探討如何提高門診高血壓患者服藥依從性的干預(yù)研究。方法高血壓患者127例,根據(jù)服藥依從性評分,把服藥依從性不佳者76例隨機(jī)分為觀察組38例和對照組38例。對照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)治療護(hù)理,觀察組予強(qiáng)化醫(yī)護(hù)聯(lián)合多重干預(yù)研究。比較兩組6個月后的服藥依從性,干預(yù)前后患者血壓控制情況。結(jié)果觀察組服藥依從性明顯提高,且高于對照組(P0.05);干預(yù)前兩組血壓相近(P0.05);干預(yù)后觀察組血壓控制明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論門診高血壓患者服藥依從性狀況不容樂觀,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)聯(lián)合以及醫(yī)護(hù)患溝通,強(qiáng)化眾多的護(hù)理干預(yù)措施,可明顯提高門診高血壓患者服藥依從性,控制血壓,減少并發(fā)癥,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore how to improve the drug compliance of outpatients with hypertension.Methods according to the score of drug compliance, 76 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38).The control group was treated with routine therapy and nursing, while the observation group was treated with intensive medical care combined with multiple intervention.The compliance of the two groups after 6 months and the blood pressure control before and after intervention were compared.Results the drug compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the blood pressure of the two groups was similar to that of the control group before the intervention, and the blood pressure control of the observation group was better than that of the control group after the intervention.Conclusion the condition of drug compliance of outpatients with hypertension is not optimistic. Strengthening the combination of medical care and nursing and patient communication and strengthening many nursing intervention measures can obviously improve the compliance of outpatients with taking medicine, control blood pressure and reduce complications.Improve the quality of life.
