【摘要】：目的分析西安地區(qū)兒童細菌性腹瀉病原菌譜及其流行特征,為制定防治措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法對西安地區(qū)2004-2016年14歲以下兒童中感染性腹瀉患兒的糞便樣本進行細菌分離培養(yǎng)鑒定,分析病原菌的分布特征及其變遷情況。結果共采集腹瀉兒童糞便標本2 027份,檢出陽性標本173份,檢出率8.53%;包括志賀菌96株(55.49%),沙門氏菌51株(29.48%),腸致病性大腸桿菌20株(11.56%),副溶血性弧菌5株(2.89%),O157:H7腸出血性大腸桿菌1株(0.58%)。志賀菌屬中福氏志賀菌為優(yōu)勢菌型(55株,57.29%),其次是宋內志賀菌(29株,30.21%);福氏志賀菌構成比逐漸下降,宋內志賀菌構成比逐漸上升。結論西安地區(qū)14歲以下兒童細菌性腹瀉病原菌以志賀菌為主,沙門氏菌的檢出比例逐漸增高。要注意菌型的變遷并加強副溶血性弧菌和腸出血性大腸桿菌的主動監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the pathogenic spectrum and epidemic characteristics of bacterial diarrhea in children in Xi'an. Methods fecal samples from children under 14 years of age in Xi'an from 2004 to 2016 were isolated and identified by bacterial culture. Results 2027 fecal specimens of children with diarrhea were collected and 173 positive samples were detected. The detection rate was 8.53: including 96 strains of Shigella, 51 strains of Salmonella, 20 strains of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli, and 5 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, one strain of Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli, one strain of Escherichia coli, one strain of Shigella spp., 55 strains of Shigella flexneri, 55 strains of Shigella flexneri and 57.29%, followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The composition ratio of Shigella flexneri to Shigella flexneri decreased gradually. Conclusion the pathogenic bacteria of bacterial diarrhea in children under 14 years old in Xi'an are mainly Shigella. The detection rate of Salmonella increased gradually. We should pay attention to the changes of bacterial types and strengthen the active monitoring of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli.
