【摘要】：目的探討3M液體敷料治療PICC致輕中度接觸性皮炎的效果。方法選擇本院2014年1月~2016年4月40例PICC輕中度接觸性皮炎的患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組20例和對(duì)照組20例。觀察組使用3M液體敷料涂抹貼膜處皮膚后再用3M透明敷貼固定PICC導(dǎo)管;對(duì)照組使用派瑞松軟膏外涂皮炎處再用無(wú)菌紗塊固定PICC導(dǎo)管。比較兩組患者換藥次數(shù)、治愈時(shí)間、療效、導(dǎo)管移位數(shù)、患者依從性。結(jié)果觀察組換藥次數(shù)、平均治愈時(shí)間、導(dǎo)管移位數(shù)均少于對(duì)照組(P0.05),療效及患者依從性均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 3M液體敷料可有效治療PICC致輕中度接觸性皮炎,具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性及可操作性,可在臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of 3 M liquid dressing on mild and moderate contact dermatitis caused by PICC.Methods from January 2014 to April 2016, 40 patients with mild to moderate contact dermatitis of PICC were randomly divided into observation group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20).In the observation group, 3M liquid dressing was applied to the skin and then the PICC catheter was fixed with 3M transparent application. In the control group, the PICC catheter was fixed with aseptic yarn after the application of perisone ointment.The frequency of dressing change, cure time, curative effect, number of catheter displacement, compliance of patients were compared between the two groups.Results the times of dressing change, the average cure time and the number of catheter shift in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The curative effect and compliance of the patients were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion 3 M liquid dressing is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate contact dermatitis caused by PICC. It has strong practicability and maneuverability and can be popularized in clinic.
