【摘要】：目的比較紫外線空氣消毒機(jī)循環(huán)風(fēng)消毒和空氣凈化屏消毒兩種方法對(duì)介入手術(shù)室連臺(tái)手術(shù)空氣的消毒效果,為制定控制醫(yī)院感染措施提供依據(jù)。方法用平板自然沉降法于手術(shù)室空氣消毒后不同時(shí)段采樣檢測(cè),觀察兩種消毒方法對(duì)連臺(tái)介入手術(shù)室空氣的殺菌效果。結(jié)果兩種消毒方法對(duì)連臺(tái)手術(shù)術(shù)前空氣都有較好的消毒效果(P0.05),利用紫外線消毒,手術(shù)室的各采樣時(shí)段菌落檢測(cè)結(jié)果有顯著差異(P0.01),隨著距離消毒時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),菌落數(shù)增加。空氣凈化屏對(duì)手術(shù)室進(jìn)行持續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)空氣凈化,使手術(shù)全過(guò)程空氣中菌落數(shù)符合國(guó)家衛(wèi)生消毒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論空氣凈化屏24 h持續(xù)凈化可以縮短手術(shù)間隔時(shí)間,急診隨到隨做,防止醫(yī)院交叉感染的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection effect of two kinds of disinfection methods of ultraviolet air disinfector, circulating air disinfection and air purifying screen, on the air of interventional operation room with operation table. To provide the basis for the control of nosocomial infection, the natural sedimentation method was used to sample and detect the air in the operating room at different time after disinfection. The sterilization effect of two disinfection methods on the air of interventional operating room was observed. Results the two disinfection methods had better disinfection effect on the air before operation with connected stage operation, and the ultraviolet radiation was used to sterilize the air. There were significant differences in the results of colony detection among different sampling periods in operating room. The number of colonies increased with the prolongation of the distance of disinfection time. The air purifying screen was used to purify the operating room continuously and dynamically. The number of bacteria in the air during the operation was in line with the national hygienic disinfection standard. Conclusion 24 h continuous purification of air purifying screen can shorten the operation interval and prevent the occurrence of hospital cross infection.
