【摘要】：目的了解護理人員對安全注射認知的情況,針對存在的問題提出相關(guān)措施。方法 2016年3月對醫(yī)院1 500名護理人員發(fā)放"安全注射認知調(diào)查表",計算各條目正確率,比較不同科室、不同工作時間、不同職稱護士各條目得分情況,應(yīng)用SPSS21.0統(tǒng)計軟件對資料進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果回收"安全注射認知調(diào)查表"1 500份,回收率100.0%;護理人員安全注射認知總得分為(9.21±1.99)分,不同科室、不同工作時間、不同職稱護士安全注射認知得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);特殊病區(qū)、檢驗科采血室護士得分最高;≤3年的護士得分最低,工作時間越長,護士安全注射認知得分越高;職稱越高,安全注射認知得分越高。結(jié)論護理人員安全注射知識掌握不足,醫(yī)院管理者應(yīng)抓住安全注射操作中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),對不同的護士群體及崗位開展個性化、針對性的培訓(xùn),進一步完善安全注射制度、流程,增強護理人員安全注射意識,規(guī)范安全注射行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition of safety injection among nurses, and to put forward relevant measures to solve the problems. Methods in March 2016, 1 500 nurses in hospital were given the questionnaire of Safety injection Cognition, and the correct rate of each item was calculated. The scores of nurses in different departments, different working hours and different titles were compared, and the data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results 1 500 copies of "Safety injection Cognitive questionnaire" were recovered.
