護患溝通APP在有創(chuàng)通氣患者中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:分析護患溝通APP在有創(chuàng)通氣患者中的應(yīng)用情況。方法:將2016年3月至2016年6月的有創(chuàng)通氣患者作為研究對象,隨機分為觀察組和對照組。醫(yī)護人員采用護患溝通APP與觀察組溝通,采用傳統(tǒng)方法與對照組溝通。記錄2組患者的一般資料并比較2組患者溝通困難程度、焦慮抑郁狀態(tài)、ICU譫妄發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:2組患者一般資料、急性生理和慢性健康評分Ⅱ評分的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。2組患者溝通困難程度、焦慮抑郁狀態(tài)、ICU譫妄發(fā)生率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:護患溝通APP在降低ICU患者溝通困難程度,降低焦慮抑郁及譫妄發(fā)生率方面有明顯的優(yōu)勢,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the application of APP in patients with invasive ventilation. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The medical staff used APP to communicate with the observation group, and the traditional method was used to communicate with the control group. The general data of the two groups were recorded and the degree of communication difficulty between the two groups was compared.
