跨理論模型指導(dǎo)的健康教育對(duì)高原基層官兵防曬行為的影響研究

【摘要】:目的探討跨理論模型指導(dǎo)的健康教育對(duì)高原官兵防曬行為的影響。方法將駐地海拔為4 200 m、由我院提供衛(wèi)勤保障的208例患有日光性皮炎的基層官兵,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各104例,試驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行跨理論模型指導(dǎo)的防曬健康教育,對(duì)照組按照《軍隊(duì)健康教育大綱》規(guī)定的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行防曬健康教育。干預(yù)前后比較兩組的防曬行為調(diào)查問卷得分、防曬用品使用行為改變階段和皮膚病生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)得分。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組防曬行為調(diào)查問卷總分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),防曬用品使用行為階段改變優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),皮膚病生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)得分低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論跨理論模型指導(dǎo)的健康教育可促進(jìn)高原基層官兵防曬行為的改變,是一種行之有效的健康教育方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of health education guided by cross-theoretical model on sun protection behavior of officers and soldiers at high altitude. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 104) and the control group (n = 104). The control group was given sunscreen health education according to the contents of the military Health Education syllabus. The scores of the questionnaire before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results the total score of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), the change of the use behavior of the sunscreen was better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the quality of life of skin diseases was better than that of the control group. Conclusion the health education under the guidance of cross-theoretical model can promote the change of sun protection behavior of officers and soldiers at the basic level in plateau, while the score of quantitative index is lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). It is an effective method of health education.
