【摘要】：目的探究舒適化心理護(hù)理對(duì)呼吸衰竭行無創(chuàng)呼吸機(jī)治療患者心理、生理指標(biāo)及肺功能的影響。方法將84例呼吸衰竭行無創(chuàng)呼吸機(jī)治療患者以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和研究組各42例。對(duì)照組按常規(guī)進(jìn)行護(hù)理,研究組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上開展舒適化心理護(hù)理,包括冥想式情感安撫、肢體撫觸式干預(yù)、情感交互式溝通。測評(píng)兩組干預(yù)前24h以及干預(yù)后第7天的焦慮、抑郁評(píng)分及心率、血壓、PaCO2、PaO2和呼吸頻率。結(jié)果干預(yù)后研究組焦慮、抑郁評(píng)分,心率、收縮壓及舒張壓值、PaCO2、PaO2、呼吸頻率與對(duì)照組比較,干預(yù)效應(yīng)、時(shí)間效應(yīng)均P0.01。結(jié)論對(duì)呼吸衰竭行無創(chuàng)呼吸機(jī)治療患者,引入基于心理舒適化理念的護(hù)理模式,有助于改善患者焦慮、抑郁情緒,利于心率、血壓及呼吸的平穩(wěn),且對(duì)其肺功能改善起到良好的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the psychological comfort nursing of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure and effect of psychological, physiological index and pulmonary function. Methods 84 cases of respiratory failure in patients with non-invasive ventilator therapy were randomly divided into control group and study group with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care for, in the study group on the basis of the control group to carry out comfortable psychological nursing, including meditation emotional comfort, body massage intervention, emotional interactive communication. The evaluation of two groups before and after the intervention of 24h seventh days of anxiety, depression score, heart rate, blood pressure, PaCO2, PaO2 and respiratory rate. Results after the intervention, the study group of anxiety, depression score, heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure values, PaCO2, PaO2, group, respiratory rate and control intervention effect, time effect P0.01. conclusion noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure, the introduction of psychological comfort nursing based on concept The model is helpful to improve the patient's anxiety, depression, heart rate, blood pressure and respiration, and promote the improvement of lung function.
