【摘要】：目的探討靜脈放血新技術(shù)(22G直型靜脈留置針、三通連接管、輸血器和輸液泵組合)在真性紅細(xì)胞增多癥(PV)患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院急診科2013年6月年至2015年5月收治的PV患者63例,分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,觀察組患者33例采用新技術(shù)進(jìn)行靜脈放血治療,對(duì)照組患者30例采用一次性采血袋進(jìn)行靜脈放血治療。比較兩種靜脈放血方法的治療效果。結(jié)果觀察組穿刺疼痛的感受,穿刺血污染率與對(duì)照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論采用新技術(shù)進(jìn)行靜脈放血治療,操作簡(jiǎn)單、安全、有效,值得在臨床工作中廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a new technique of venous bleeding: 22G straight vein indwelling needle, three-way connecting tube. Methods 63 patients with PV from June 2013 to May 2015 in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University were selected and divided into observation group and control group. 33 patients in the observation group were treated with new technique, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with venous bleeding with a single blood collection bag. The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared. Results the pain of puncture was felt in the observation group. Conclusion the new technique is simple, safe and effective, and it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
