【摘要】：目的研究下肢開鏈增重對(duì)腦卒中患者位置覺和步態(tài)對(duì)稱性的即刻影響。方法 2016年1月至2017年1月,選取本院腦卒中患者39例,分別在增重前后進(jìn)行下肢位置覺測(cè)評(píng),包括主動(dòng)定位-主動(dòng)復(fù)位(ARAP)和被動(dòng)定位-被動(dòng)復(fù)位(PRPP)測(cè)評(píng),記錄目標(biāo)角度與復(fù)位角度差值;以及步態(tài)測(cè)評(píng),記錄足偏角對(duì)稱性、步長對(duì)稱性、單腿支撐相時(shí)長對(duì)稱性。結(jié)果下肢增重后,髖直腿抬高PRPP位置覺無改善(t=0.832,P=0.832),ARAP位置覺改善(t=3.158,P=0.011);足偏角對(duì)稱性無改善(t=-0.704,P=0.483),步長對(duì)稱性改善(t=2.022,P=0.041),單腿支撐相對(duì)稱性無改善(t=0.381,P=0.702)。結(jié)論下肢開鏈增重可以改善腦卒中患者的下肢主動(dòng)位置覺和步長對(duì)稱性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the immediate effect of open chain weight gain on position perception and gait symmetry in patients with stroke. Methods from January 2016 to January 2017, 39 patients with stroke were selected and evaluated before and after weight gain. Including active location-active reset ARAPs and passive location-passive reset PRPPs, the difference between the target angle and the reset angle is recorded, and the gait measurement records the foot angle symmetry and step size symmetry. Results after weight gain of lower extremity, There was no improvement in the position perception of PRPP raised by the hip straight leg and the position perception of ARAP was improved by 3.158U / L, the symmetry of the foot angle was not improved by 0.704, the symmetry of the step length was improved by t2.022P0.041, and the symmetry of the support phase of one leg was not improved by 0.381Pao 0.702. Conclusion Open chain weight gain can improve the lower extremity master of stroke patients with cerebral apoplexy.
