【摘要】：目的探討腦電圖對老年輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘V呆癥的預(yù)警價(jià)值。方法 30例老年輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙患者為對照組,另選取52例阿爾茨海默病(AD)患者為研究組�；颊呔邮苣X電圖檢查,比較兩組腦電圖特點(diǎn)、腦電信號(hào)復(fù)雜度。結(jié)果兩組背景節(jié)律主要為α節(jié)律,對照組表現(xiàn)為前移或泛化,而研究組表現(xiàn)為變慢,波幅降低;兩組除T6導(dǎo)聯(lián)其余各導(dǎo)聯(lián)、全腦、左右額顳區(qū)及左右半球的復(fù)雜度相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組前顳區(qū)(F7、F8)及前額區(qū)(FP1、FP2)導(dǎo)聯(lián)處的復(fù)雜度低于其他導(dǎo)聯(lián)(P0.05);研究組右顳區(qū)腦電信號(hào)復(fù)雜度高于右額區(qū)(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦電圖對老年輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘V呆癥具有一定預(yù)警價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the early warning value of electroencephalogram (EEG) in the elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to dementia. Methods 30 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment were used as control group. In addition, 52 patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) were selected as the study group. The patients were examined by electroencephalogram (EEG) to compare the EEG characteristics and EEG complexity between the two groups. Results the background rhythm of the two groups was mainly alpha rhythm, while the control group showed forward movement or generalization. In the study group, the results showed that the amplitude of the wave was decreased, and the brain of the two groups, except the T6 lead, was decreased. The complexity of the left and right frontotemporal regions and the left and right hemispheres was significantly higher than that of the left and right frontal-temporal regions, and the complexity of the F7F8) and FP1 / FP2) leads in the study group was lower than that of the other leads (P0.05), and the complexity of the right temporal EEG in the study group was higher than that in the right frontal area. Conclusion electroencephalogram (EEG) is an early warning method for mild cognitive impairment to dementia in the elderly.
