【摘要】：隨著國(guó)民康復(fù)體系的建設(shè)被逐漸提高到一個(gè)新的高度,心臟康復(fù)事業(yè)發(fā)展的必要性和迫切性深入人心。如何正確的實(shí)施中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心臟康復(fù),使我國(guó)的心臟康復(fù)事業(yè)中的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合達(dá)到1+12的效果?筆者認(rèn)為,真正的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心臟康復(fù),是將中醫(yī)藥的有效措施有證據(jù)、有目的地融入到整個(gè)心臟康復(fù)診療體系中去,如此才能給病人設(shè)計(jì)真正的個(gè)性化的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心臟康復(fù)處方。文章結(jié)合廣東省中醫(yī)院心血管科和中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心臟康復(fù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作實(shí)踐,探討在心臟康復(fù)中將中醫(yī)藥有機(jī)融合進(jìn)整個(gè)體系中的模式,旨在基于實(shí)踐的循證探索和總結(jié),得到臨床效能最大化的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心臟康復(fù)模式,并且在未來(lái)可持續(xù)推廣。
[Abstract]:With the construction of the national rehabilitation system being gradually raised to a new height, the necessity and urgency of the development of the cause of cardiac rehabilitation are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. So that the cause of heart rehabilitation in China's integrated Chinese and Western medicine to achieve the effect of 12? The author believes that the real combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in cardiac rehabilitation is to integrate the effective measures of Chinese medicine into the whole heart rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system. This is the only way to design a truly personalized heart rehabilitation prescription for patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. This article combines the work practice of the Cardiovascular Department of Guangdong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine heart rehabilitation team. This paper discusses the model of integrating Chinese medicine into the whole system in cardiac rehabilitation, which aims to explore and summarize the evidence based on practice, to obtain the model of integrated heart rehabilitation with maximum clinical efficacy, and to promote it continuously in the future.
