【摘要】：正老年癡呆泛指發(fā)生在65歲以后的各種癡呆,包括阿爾茨海默病、血管性癡呆和混合型癡呆等類型~([1])。據(jù)WHO 2016年最新數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),全世界有4 700萬老年癡呆患者,占到世界老年人口的5%,且每年新增病例990萬。老年癡呆是全球老年人殘疾和依賴他人的主要原因之一,給患者及其家庭、社會(huì)造成巨大的負(fù)擔(dān),已成為一個(gè)全球性的公共衛(wèi)生問題~([2])。作為一種慢性疾病,越來越多的研究者開始關(guān)注老年癡呆。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease generally refers to various types of dementia that occur after the age of 65, including Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and mixed dementia. According to the latest data from WHO on 2016, there are 47 million dementia patients worldwide. Alzheimer's disease is one of the major causes of disability and dependency among older people in the world, placing a huge burden on patients and their families and societies. As a chronic disease, more and more researchers begin to pay attention to Alzheimer's disease.
