2012-2016年無錫市兒童醫(yī)院住院患兒腸球菌的分布及耐藥性分析

【摘要】:目的了解無錫市兒童醫(yī)院住院患兒腸球菌的臨床分布及耐藥特點,為經(jīng)驗治療提供參考。方法對該院2012-2016年住院患兒送檢標本分離出的病原菌進行細菌鑒定和藥敏分析,運用WHONET 5.4軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果7 414株病原菌中革蘭陽性菌有3 469株,其中腸球菌383株,占11.04%(383/3 469)。腸球菌中屎腸球菌273株,糞腸球菌105株,鳥腸球菌5株,分別占71.28%、27.42%及1.30%;主要分布在28 d~1歲及≤28 d患者。主要標本來源為尿液(75.46%),其次為血液(9.66%)?剖襾碓匆孕律鷥嚎坪蛢耗I內(nèi)科為主,分別占27.15%、23.24%。屎腸球菌和糞腸球菌對萬古霉素、利奈唑胺和呋喃妥因的耐藥率分別為0.73%、2.20%、8.79%及0、0.95%、1.90%;對青霉素及氨芐西林耐藥率分別為96.70%、94.87%及2.86%、1.90%。結(jié)論住院患兒分離的腸球菌屬以屎腸球菌為主,嬰兒為主要分離人群,泌尿道為易感部位。屎腸球菌和糞腸球菌對萬古霉素、利奈唑胺和呋喃妥因敏感,其中耐利奈唑胺菌株檢出率高于耐萬古霉素菌株,應引起重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance characteristics of enterococcus in children hospitalized in Wuxi Children's Hospital, and to provide a reference for empirical treatment. Methods bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analysis were carried out on the pathogenic bacteria isolated from the samples of hospitalized children in Wuxi from 2012 to 2016. Results there were 3 469 gram-positive strains of 7 414 strains of pathogenic bacteria, of which 383 were Enterococcus, accounting for 11.04% 383 / 3 469. There were 273 strains of Enterococcus faecium, 105 strains of Enterococcus faecalis, 5 strains of Enterococcus faecalis, 5 strains of Enterococcus faecium, and 5 strains of Enterococcus faecalis. The main samples were collected from urine 75.46g, followed by blood 9.660.The main sources of the department were neonatal pediatrics and pediatric and pediatric medicine, accounting for 27.15% 23.240.Enterococcus faecium and Enterococcus faecalis against vancomycin, respectively. The drug resistance rates of linazolamine and furantoin were 0.737.20% and 0.0.951.90, respectively. The resistance rates to penicillin and ampicillin were 96.70,94.87% and 2.860.90 respectively. Conclusion Enterococcus faecium is the main isolated group in hospitalized children, and infants are the main isolated population, and the drug resistance rates to penicillin and ampicillin are 96.70,94.87% and 2.86% respectively. Enterococcus faecium and Enterococcus faecalis were sensitive to vancomycin, linazolamine and furantoin.
