肝腫瘤射頻消融電極針研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:射頻消融(RFA)是目前廣泛應(yīng)用于肝腫瘤治療的微創(chuàng)、有效方法 ,適用于不愿或不宜外科手術(shù)治療患者。近20余年來RFA技術(shù)取得了長足的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。作為主要治療工具,射頻電極針對RFA療效具有很大影響。該文就目前臨床常用或處于研發(fā)階段的射頻電極針,如多針尖可擴展電極針、灌注電極針、內(nèi)冷卻電極針及雙電極針等的特點進(jìn)行總結(jié),比較它們的優(yōu)勢與不足,展望進(jìn)一步研究方向,以提高RFA治療肝腫瘤效果。
[Abstract]:Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a minimally invasive and effective method for the treatment of liver neoplasms. It is suitable for patients who are unwilling or unsuitable for surgical treatment. In recent 20 years, RFA technology has made great progress. Radiofrequency electrode has great influence on the curative effect of RFA. This article summarizes the characteristics of radiofrequency needle, such as multi-tip expandable electrode needle, perfusion electrode needle, internal cooling electrode needle and double electrode needle, which are commonly used in clinic or in the stage of research and development. Their advantages and disadvantages were compared, and further research directions were prospected to improve the efficacy of RFA in the treatment of liver tumors.
