【摘要】：目的分析高齡二胎夫婦接受體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治療前的心理狀況。方法選取山東省某生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心2016年1-5月接受體外受精-胚胎移植治療的高齡二胎夫婦男女各180例,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)一般情況調(diào)查表、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)對(duì)高齡二胎夫婦的心理狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析。結(jié)果接受體外受精-胚胎移植高齡二胎女性進(jìn)入治療周期前焦慮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)分為(46±8.42)分,90例(50.0%)處于中、輕度焦慮狀態(tài);男性焦慮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)分為(40.67±7.63)分,54例(30.0%)處于中、輕度焦慮狀態(tài),男女差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。女性進(jìn)入治療周期前抑郁指數(shù)為(0.52±0.06),102例(56.7%)處于中、輕度抑郁狀態(tài);男性抑郁指數(shù)為(0.49±0.06),84例(46.4%)處于中、輕度抑郁狀態(tài),男女差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論接受IVF-ET治療的高齡二胎夫婦心理狀態(tài)差,女性則更為顯著,醫(yī)護(hù)人員在治療過程中應(yīng)針對(duì)性施加心理干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the elderly child couples undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) psychological status before the treatment. Methods in Shandong Province Center for reproductive medicine in 2016 1-5 months undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation in the treatment of 180 cases of male and female child elderly couples, using a self-designed general questionnaire, self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), depression self rating scale (SDS) for elderly couples second child psychological status were analyzed. Results of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in elderly women entering the second treatment cycle before the standard score of anxiety (46 + 8.42), 90 cases (50%) in the mild anxiety, anxiety score standard; male (40.67 + 7.63), 54 cases (30%) in the middle, mild anxiety, statistically significant differences (P0.05). Women in the treatment period before the depression index (0.52 + 0.06), 102 cases (56.7%) in the middle, mild depression; male depression The index is (0.49 + 0.06), 84 cases (46.4%) in the middle, mild depression, statistically significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion IVF-ET treated elderly couples second child bad mental state, women are more significant, the medical staff should be targeted to exert psychological intervention in the course of treatment.
