【摘要】：目的分析因動靜脈內瘺狹窄行超高壓球囊擴張術的血液透析患者的護理經驗。方法對14例動靜脈內瘺患者行超高壓球囊擴張術,術中透視下導絲引導超高壓球囊至狹窄部位,逐級擴張。術前進行包括心理和常規(guī)護理在內的準備,術中手術護士做好器械配合及耗材管理,術后使用扣眼式穿刺法做透析濾過清除對比劑,同時進行宣教等護理工作。結果 14例血液透析患者術后進行血濾治療測試血流量均≥250ml/min,平均(270.00±27.33)ml/min。所有患者均順利完成當次血液凈化治療,無血管破裂、出血、感染和血管栓塞發(fā)生。結論悉心護理可促進患者康復,有效提高術后治療效果。
