【摘要】：目的分析因動靜脈內(nèi)瘺狹窄行超高壓球囊擴張術的血液透析患者的護理經(jīng)驗。方法對14例動靜脈內(nèi)瘺患者行超高壓球囊擴張術,術中透視下導絲引導超高壓球囊至狹窄部位,逐級擴張。術前進行包括心理和常規(guī)護理在內(nèi)的準備,術中手術護士做好器械配合及耗材管理,術后使用扣眼式穿刺法做透析濾過清除對比劑,同時進行宣教等護理工作。結果 14例血液透析患者術后進行血濾治療測試血流量均≥250ml/min,平均(270.00±27.33)ml/min。所有患者均順利完成當次血液凈化治療,無血管破裂、出血、感染和血管栓塞發(fā)生。結論悉心護理可促進患者康復,有效提高術后治療效果。
