路徑式健康教育對骨質(zhì)疏松患者知信行的影響

【摘要】:目的探討路徑式健康教育對骨質(zhì)疏松患者知信行的影響。方法選擇在我院康復科住院的骨質(zhì)疏松患者120例作為研究對象,隨機分為研究組和對照組各60例。對照組給予藥物治療,同時進行常規(guī)健康教育,研究組采用在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上實施路徑健康教育,分別于干預前、干預后12個月比較兩組患者對骨質(zhì)疏松相關(guān)知識掌握情況、健康信念、健康行為內(nèi)容進行評價。結(jié)果兩組患者出院后12個月骨質(zhì)疏松癥相關(guān)知識得分、健康信念總得分、健康行為得分顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論給予患者實施路徑式健康教育能夠改善骨質(zhì)疏松患者的知信行,有效提高患者及其家屬對骨質(zhì)疏松癥防治相關(guān)知識的認知水平,增強患者的自我護理能力,防止骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折,進而提高治療效果,改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of path health education on the knowledge, belief and behavior of osteoporosis patients. The study group was randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases in the study group and 60 cases in the control group. The control group was given drug treatment and routine health education, while the study group was given path health education on the basis of the control group, respectively before intervention. After 12 months of intervention, the knowledge about osteoporosis, health belief and content of healthy behavior were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of osteoporosis related knowledge and total health belief in the two groups were 12 months after discharge from hospital. The score of healthy behavior was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.050.Conclusion the implementation of path-type health education can improve the knowledge and behavior of patients with osteoporosis, and improve the cognition level of the patients and their families about the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Strengthen the self-nursing ability of patients, prevent osteoporosis fracture, and then improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients.
