【摘要】：快速康復(fù)外科(ERAS)是指依據(jù)一系列有循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)的圍術(shù)期優(yōu)化措施,多學(xué)科協(xié)作,減少患者的圍術(shù)期應(yīng)激反應(yīng),加速患者術(shù)后康復(fù)。術(shù)前"三聯(lián)預(yù)康復(fù)"基于ERAS優(yōu)化理念,在術(shù)前對(duì)患者進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)、營養(yǎng)、心理干預(yù),旨在改善患者功能狀態(tài)和預(yù)后。本文主要就術(shù)前"三聯(lián)預(yù)康復(fù)"這一新興概念的臨床進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為踐行ERAS提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Rapid rehabilitation surgery is based on a series of evidence-based medical evidence perioperative optimization measures, multidisciplinary collaboration to reduce the perioperative stress response of patients, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation. Preoperative "triple pre-rehabilitation" based on the ERAS optimization concept, The purpose of preoperative exercise, nutrition and psychological intervention is to improve the functional status and prognosis of patients. This article reviews the clinical progress of the new concept of "triple pre-rehabilitation" before operation, and provides a new way of thinking for the practice of ERAS.
