定量CT與MR mDixon-quant測(cè)量肝臟脂肪含量的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:比較、分析定量CT(QCT)和MR mDixon-quant對(duì)健康人群肝臟脂肪含量測(cè)量結(jié)果的一致性和相關(guān)性。方法:對(duì)21位男性和32位女性健康社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行腹部QCT和MR mDixon-quant掃描,QCT分別采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)算公式(測(cè)量結(jié)果記為Fat%QI)和校正后的計(jì)算公式(測(cè)量結(jié)果記為Fat%QR)測(cè)量肝臟脂肪含量,并采用MR mDixon-quant測(cè)量肝臟脂肪分?jǐn)?shù)(測(cè)量結(jié)果記為Fat%mD)。比較男、女兩組之間的肝臟脂肪含量的測(cè)量結(jié)果有無差異,比較總體樣本QCT與MR mDixon-quant測(cè)量結(jié)果之間的一致性,并計(jì)算相關(guān)性系數(shù)。結(jié)果:QCT及MR mDixon-quant的測(cè)量結(jié)果均顯示,男性與女性的肝臟脂肪含量差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)?傮w樣本的Fat%QI和Fat%QR分別為(-0.09%±4.88%)和(8.66%±4.41%),Fat%QI顯著低于Fat%mD(P0.01),平均差值為(-6.42%±2.44%),而Fat%QR顯著高于Fat%mD(P0.01),平均差值為(2.33%±2.36%)。Fat%QI、Fat%mD的相關(guān)程度(r=0.708,P0.01)與Fat%QR、Fat%mD的相關(guān)程度(r=0.707,P0.01)近似。結(jié)論:與MR mDixon-quant的測(cè)量結(jié)果相比,使用重新校正的計(jì)算公式的QCT能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量中國(guó)健康人群的肝臟脂肪含量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare, To analyze the consistency and correlation between quantitative CTT and Mr mDixon-quant in measuring liver fat content in healthy people. Methods: 21 male and 32 female healthy community residents were performed abdominal QCT and Mr mDixon-quant scanning QCT with standard calculation, respectively. The formula (the measured result is FatQI) and the corrected formula (the measured result is Fatkyam QR) to measure the fat content of the liver, Mr mDixon-quant was used to measure hepatic fat fraction (the result was recorded as Fatma DX). The difference of liver fat content between male and female groups was compared, and the consistency between QCT and Mr mDixon-quant was compared between the two groups. The correlation coefficient was calculated. Results both the measurement results of QCT and Mr mDixon-quant showed that, There was no significant difference in liver fat content between male and female. The Fat%QI and Fat%QR of the total sample were -0.09% 鹵4.88g) and 8.66% 鹵4.41% respectively. The average difference was -6.42% 鹵2.44%, and the average difference was -6.42% 鹵2.44%. The degree of correlation between QR and FatmD is approximately 0.707 / P0.01.Conclusion: compared with the results of Mr mDixon-quant, QCT using the revised formula can accurately measure liver fat levels in healthy Chinese people.
