【摘要】：目的探討超聲對(duì)慢性心功能衰竭患者左心結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的評(píng)估價(jià)值。方法選取2014年1月至2015年1月在鄭州人民醫(yī)院住院治療的56例慢性心功能衰竭患者作為研究組,同時(shí)選取45例心功能正常者作為對(duì)照組。兩組患者均采用心臟超聲檢查,比較兩組患者左心室結(jié)構(gòu)增大情況以及左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)、E/A峰比值以及短軸縮短率(FS)。結(jié)果不同心功能衰竭分級(jí)患者其左心室增大發(fā)生率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);慢性心功能衰竭患者LVEF和E/A值均明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);不同慢性心功能衰竭分級(jí)患者LVEF、E/A和FS之間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲檢查在診斷左心臟結(jié)構(gòu)和功能評(píng)價(jià)方面具有重要的臨床價(jià)值,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound in evaluating the structure and function of left heart in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 56 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in Zhengzhou people's Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the study group. At the same time, 45 patients with normal cardiac function were selected as control group. The left ventricular structure enlargement, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) / E / A peak ratio and short axis shortening rate were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of left ventricular enlargement was compared in patients with different grade of heart failure. The LVEF and E / A values in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonography has important clinical value in the diagnosis of left heart structure and function, and is worth popularizing.
