【摘要】：目的探究與分析圍手術(shù)期系統(tǒng)護(hù)理在腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)治療膽結(jié)石中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取本院自2015年4月~2016年4月收治的180例接受腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)治療膽結(jié)石的患者,采取隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為常規(guī)護(hù)理組與圍手術(shù)期系統(tǒng)護(hù)理組,每組各90例,對(duì)比兩組手術(shù)時(shí)間、肛門(mén)排氣時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、止痛藥使用率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度。結(jié)果圍手術(shù)期系統(tǒng)護(hù)理組與常規(guī)護(hù)理組相比手術(shù)時(shí)間、肛門(mén)排氣時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間均縮短,術(shù)中出血量減少,止痛藥使用率較低,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);圍手術(shù)期系統(tǒng)護(hù)理組與常規(guī)護(hù)理組相比腹痛腹脹率、消化不良率、切口感染率、皮下氣腫率均較低,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);圍手術(shù)期系統(tǒng)護(hù)理組與常規(guī)護(hù)理組相比護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度較高,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論將圍手術(shù)期系統(tǒng)護(hù)理應(yīng)用于腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)治療膽結(jié)石患者的過(guò)程中可改善圍手術(shù)期指標(biāo),降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,提高患者的護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore and analyze the effect of perioperative systematic nursing in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods from April 2015 to April 2016, 180 patients with cholecystolithiasis underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The patients were divided into routine nursing group (n = 90) and perioperative systematic nursing group (n = 90) by random digital table. The operation time, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, intraoperative bleeding volume and utilization rate of painkillers were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the routine nursing group, the operative time, anal exhaust time, hospital stay were shortened, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was decreased, and the utilization rate of painkillers was lower in the system nursing group than in the routine nursing group. The incidence of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, dyspepsia, incision infection rate and subcutaneous emphysema were lower in the perioperative nursing group than in the routine nursing group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was higher in the system nursing group than that in the routine nursing group during the perioperative period. Conclusion the application of perioperative systematic nursing in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the perioperative index, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with cholelithiasis.
