【摘要】：目的調(diào)查昆明市三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士對(duì)患者安全文化的評(píng)價(jià)及不同特征的護(hù)士對(duì)患者安全文化評(píng)分的影響。方法 2015年7月—2016年1月,采用方便抽樣法,使用美國聯(lián)邦衛(wèi)生保健研究和質(zhì)量署研發(fā)的醫(yī)院患者安全文化問卷,對(duì)昆明市7所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院的2 629名護(hù)士進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查。結(jié)果患者安全文化的優(yōu)勢(shì)維度(積極同意率75%)為:"組織學(xué)習(xí)與持續(xù)改進(jìn)"(86.60%)"科室內(nèi)部的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作"(83.34%)和"錯(cuò)誤的反饋和交流"(75.98%);劣勢(shì)維度(積極同意率50%)為"差錯(cuò)的非懲罰性反應(yīng)"(23.74%)"人員配置"(33.71%)和"醫(yī)院各部門之間的協(xié)作"(49.45%)。不同學(xué)歷、職稱和每周工作時(shí)間的護(hù)士對(duì)患者安全文化部分條目評(píng)價(jià)的比較,差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論營造非懲罰性上報(bào)文化,合理安排人員配置和工作時(shí)間,發(fā)揮高學(xué)歷、高職稱護(hù)理人員在患者安全文化建設(shè)中的作用,是提高患者安全文化的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the evaluation of patient safety culture by nurses in Grade 3A Hospital of Kunming City and the influence of nurses with different characteristics on the score of patient safety culture. Methods from July 2015 to January 2016, convenient sampling method was used. Using the hospital patient safety culture questionnaire developed by the federal health care research and quality agency, A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 2 629 nurses in 7 Grade 3A hospitals in Kunming. Results the dominant dimensions of patient safety culture (positive consent rate 75) were as follows: "organizational learning and continuous improvement" (86.60), "teamwork within the department" (83.34) and " The wrong feedback and communication "75.98"; the inferiority dimension (positive consent rate 50) is "non-punitive response to errors" (23.7410) "staffing" (33.71) and "collaboration among various departments in the hospital" (49.45%). There were significant differences in the evaluation of patients' safety culture between nurses with professional titles and working hours per week (P 0.05). Conclusion A non-punitive reporting culture should be established, staffing and working hours should be reasonably arranged, and high academic qualifications should be brought into full play. The role of senior nurses in the construction of patient safety culture is an important measure to improve patient safety culture.
