【摘要】：目的對腹腔鏡高齡前列腺癌根治術患者采取綜合性護理干預的應用進行觀察與探究。方法按數(shù)字法將74例腹腔鏡高齡前列腺癌根治術患者進行分組:對照組與觀察組,每組37例。采用一般護理對對照組患者進行干預,對觀察組患者采取綜合性護理干預進行護理,觀察并分析兩組患者的抑郁焦慮情況、不良反應發(fā)生率狀況和護理滿意度情況。結果通過綜合性護理干預,觀察組的抑郁焦慮情況、不良反應發(fā)生率和總滿意度情況均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論將綜合性護理干預應用于腹腔鏡高齡前列腺癌根治術患者中,可以緩解患者的抑郁焦慮情緒,減少不良反應發(fā)生,提高患者的護理滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for advanced prostate cancer. Methods 74 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. 37 patients in each group were treated with general nursing intervention, and the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The depression and anxiety of the patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results through comprehensive nursing intervention, the depression and anxiety, the incidence of adverse reactions and the total satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy of prostate cancer can relieve the depression and anxiety of the patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
