【摘要】：目的探討超聲引導(dǎo)下細(xì)針穿刺制作細(xì)胞塊術(shù)前診斷涎腺惡性腫瘤的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法在彩色多普勒超聲引導(dǎo)下,對(duì)229個(gè)涎腺腫塊進(jìn)行細(xì)針穿刺,穿刺標(biāo)本制成細(xì)胞塊,做出細(xì)胞病理學(xué)診斷。結(jié)果超聲定位準(zhǔn)確度為100%(229/229);對(duì)照術(shù)后病理組織學(xué)結(jié)果,超聲對(duì)涎腺惡性腫瘤病理分型診斷準(zhǔn)確度為16.2%(12/74);細(xì)胞病理學(xué)對(duì)涎腺腫塊病理分型診斷準(zhǔn)確度為95.6%(219/229),對(duì)涎腺惡性腫瘤病理分型準(zhǔn)確度為94.6%(70/74),顯著高于超聲診斷(P0.01)。結(jié)論超聲對(duì)涎腺腫塊定位準(zhǔn)確度高,引導(dǎo)細(xì)針穿刺制作細(xì)胞塊在術(shù)前診斷涎腺惡性腫瘤方面具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound guided fine needle puncture in the diagnosis of salivary gland malignant tumor before operation. Methods 229 salivary gland masses were punctured with fine needle guided by color Doppler ultrasound. Results the accuracy of ultrasonic localization was 100% 229 / 229g; compared with postoperative histopathological results, The accuracy of ultrasonographic diagnosis of salivary gland malignant tumor was 16.212 / 74, the accuracy of cytopathology for salivary gland mass was 95.619 / 229g, and the accuracy for salivary gland malignant tumor was 94.670 / 74, which was significantly higher than that for ultrasonic diagnosis of salivary gland tumor (P 0.01). The accuracy of localization of salivary gland masses was high. It is important to guide fine needle puncture to make cell mass in diagnosis of salivary gland malignant tumor before operation.
