【摘要】：正Kartagener綜合征(Kartagener's syndrome,KS)是以慢性副鼻竇炎(鼻息肉)、支氣管擴張和內臟轉位三聯(lián)癥為特征的隱性常染色體遺傳病,屬于原發(fā)性纖毛不動綜合征的亞類,其發(fā)病率極低,約為1/68 000~([1-3])。既往研究報道,KS發(fā)病年齡較小,有遺傳傾向~([4])。本文收集5例KS患者的臨床及影像資料,探討其臨床特征及X線、CT表現(xiàn)及診斷價值,以提高對本病的認識,為臨床早期診斷提供影像學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Positive Kartagener syndrome is a recessive autosomal hereditary disease characterized by chronic paranasal sinusitis (nasal polyps, bronchiectasis and visceral transposition). It belongs to the subclass of primary ciliated immobility syndrome, and its incidence is very low. About 1/68 000 patients ([1-3]). Previous studies have reported that KS has a relatively young age and genetic tendency. The clinical and imaging data of 5 patients with KS were collected, and the clinical features, X-ray CT findings and diagnostic value of KS were discussed in order to improve the understanding of the disease. To provide imaging evidence for early clinical diagnosis.
