【摘要】：目的探討質(zhì)量控制在實(shí)施血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理過程中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選擇我院2014年7月~2016年8月收治的血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理患者130例作為研究對象,安排所有血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理患者以抽簽的形式分組。對照組:常規(guī)護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理;觀察組:在對照組基礎(chǔ)上行質(zhì)量控制。觀察對比護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理效果。結(jié)果觀察組血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理患者熱源反應(yīng)概率以及出現(xiàn)感染概率明顯低于對照組(P0.05),觀察組血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理患者護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量評分明顯高于對照組(P0.05),觀察組血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理患者消毒檢測達(dá)標(biāo)率明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論在開展血液凈化護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理的過程中,有效展開質(zhì)量控制工作,可以有效改善患者的護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量評分以及消毒檢測達(dá)標(biāo)率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical application value of quality control in the process of quality management of blood purification nursing. Methods 130 patients with quality management of blood purification nursing were selected from July 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital. All patients with quality management of blood purification nursing were divided into groups by drawing lots. Control group: routine nursing quality management; Observation group: quality control was carried out on the basis of control group. The effect of nursing quality management was observed and compared. Results the response probability of heat source and the probability of infection in patients with quality management of blood purification nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The score of nursing quality of patients with quality management of blood purification nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the rate of disinfection and detection of patients with quality management of blood purification in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Blood purification nursing should be carried out in the observation group. In the process of quality management, Effective quality control can effectively improve the nursing management quality score of patients and disinfection test to achieve the standard rate.
