【摘要】：目的了解該院金黃色葡萄球菌的臨床分布及耐藥性變遷。方法 2012~2013年臨床分離的金黃色葡萄球菌,采用美國(guó)臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)(CLSI)推薦的方法(K-B法)進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn)和結(jié)果判斷。結(jié)果 2012年分離的226株金黃色葡萄球菌主要來(lái)源于重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科(24.34%)和康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)科(16.37%),耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)檢出率為23.45%;2013年分離的244株金黃色葡萄球菌主要來(lái)源于重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科(32.79%)和神經(jīng)外科(13.52%),MRSA檢出率為33.20%。感染標(biāo)本來(lái)源最多的是呼吸道標(biāo)本,2012年占69.03%,2013年占59.43%;金黃色葡萄球菌對(duì)青霉素G、紅霉素、克林霉素耐藥率較高,2012~2013年均未發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)萬(wàn)古霉素、替考拉寧、利奈唑胺、替加環(huán)素耐藥株。結(jié)論金黃色葡萄球菌是呼吸道感染最常見的病原菌之一,主要來(lái)源于重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科。臨床醫(yī)師應(yīng)依據(jù)細(xì)菌藥敏結(jié)果,合理選擇抗菌藥物,預(yù)防和控制耐藥菌的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in this hospital. Methods Staphylococcus aureus isolated from 2012 to 2013 was used. In 2012, 226 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated in 2012 were mainly from the Department of intensive Medicine (ICU) and the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. The detection rate of MRSA was 23.455.244 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated in 2013 were mainly from the department of intensive medicine, and the detection rate of MRSA in neurosurgery was 13.52%. In 2013, it was 59.43. Staphylococcus aureus versus penicillin G, erythromycin, No vancomycin, teicoplanin, linazolamide and tegacycline resistant strains were found in clindamycin resistant strains from 2012 to 2013. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most common pathogens of respiratory tract infection. According to the results of bacterial drug sensitivity, the clinicians should reasonably select antimicrobial agents to prevent and control the occurrence of drug-resistant bacteria.
