【摘要】：正美國Weinstein等[1]在1987年率先提出遠(yuǎn)程病理會診理念,為提高診斷效率,科學(xué)合理的運(yùn)用醫(yī)療資源指出了新途徑。隨著數(shù)字切片掃描系統(tǒng)的誕生及網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,這一新型診療技術(shù)逐漸步入臨床實踐之中。其中,將病理切片經(jīng)計算機(jī)多媒體技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化成可存儲全切片數(shù)字化圖像(whole slide image,WSI),(亦稱為數(shù)字切片或虛擬切片)并進(jìn)行傳輸起關(guān)鍵性作用[2],閱讀視野的清晰度及制
[Abstract]:In 1987, Weinstein et al in the United States took the lead in putting forward the concept of remote pathological consultation. In order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis, a new way was pointed out for the scientific and rational use of medical resources. With the birth of digital slice scanning system and the rapid development of network transmission technology, This new diagnosis and treatment technology has gradually entered into clinical practice. Transforming pathological slices into whole slide images (also known as digital slices or virtual slices) and transmitting them into whole slide images by computer multimedia technology plays a key role in reading the definition and system of visual field.
