【摘要】：目的探討唾液腺超聲評分法對干燥綜合征(SS)的診斷價(jià)值。方法收集我院風(fēng)濕免疫科門診或住院的口干、眼干患者92例,將患者分為SS組42例和非SS組50例。對所有患者雙側(cè)腮腺及頜下腺進(jìn)行二維超聲檢查,獲得雙側(cè)腮腺及頜下腺的聲像圖,采用半定量評分方法對其進(jìn)行評分。比較兩組唾液腺超聲評分的差異并分析其診斷SS的價(jià)值。結(jié)果非SS組中38例(38/50,76.00%)唾液腺超聲表現(xiàn)正常,評為0分,SS組32例(32/42,76.19%)唾液腺超聲評分≥1分。SS組唾液腺超聲評分高于非SS組(P0.001)。唾液腺超聲評分診斷SS的ROC曲線下面積為0.805[P0.001,95%可信區(qū)間(0.711,0.899)],以2分為臨界值診斷SS敏感度為59.5%,特異度為92.0%。結(jié)論唾液腺超聲評分法可為唾液腺回聲的均勻程度提供半定量指標(biāo),在診斷SS中有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of salivary gland ultrasound scoring method in Sjogren's syndrome (Sjogren's syndrome). Methods 92 cases of dry eye were collected from outpatient or inpatient department of rheumatism immunology in our hospital. The patients were divided into SS group (n = 42) and non-SS group (n = 50). The difference of salivary gland ultrasound score between the two groups was compared and the diagnostic value of SS was analyzed.
